What we collect

When you request a lawn sign, share feedback or sign up to volunteer, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your phone number or email, your Ward 5 street address (for sign requests), your neighbourhood, your message, and how you would like to help (for volunteers).

Why we collect it

To deliver, repair or replace lawn signs, to follow up on the concerns you raise withMatt Ray Smith, and to organize volunteers. We never sell or share your information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and Netlify emails a copy of each one to the campaign inbox, info@mattraysmith.ca. With each submission Netlify also records the date and time, your IP address and your browser type; we use these only to filter spam. Donations are processed by Stripe; this website never sees your card details.

How long we keep it

We delete form submissions within 60 days after election day, by December 25, 2026, from Netlify and from the campaign inbox.
